Pies
We love pie, and love making it for you! Triple Berry (Raspberry, Blueberry and Blackberry) is our favorite, but we’ll make any combination. We use organic pastry flour and Cabot butter in the crust, and organic sugar with our fantastic berries within.
Full size pies (9”), have a whole pound of fruit and weigh 2 1/4 - 2-1/2 pounds. (We like to make cut-out crusts because berries set up better when they can bubble through the pastry - and the edges are divine! - but you can have a full top crust if you wish.)
Price is $25.00 baked in a reusable pie plate of tin-plated steel, or $35.00 baked in everlasting Pyrex - a beautiful gift. Special order only.
