Teddy Berry Seedless Blackberry Preserve

$7.95
Limited Availability

While hiking through an abandoned orchard with our big goofy-newfie dog Teddy, Ralph spied a treasure trove of blackberries - the most luscious we'd ever tasted. We experimented and discovered that they made an outstanding preserve. I tried all winter to identify the variety to no avail (colossal fruit, brutal thorns, canes up to 14' long, and ripening in late August).

We returned the next spring and took root cuttings, eventually planting five -100' rows and named the amazing berries after our loyal dog.

They produce a rich preserve that we love for our breakfast muffins, toast, pancakes or waffles, in crepes, trifles and jam tarts, and of course for gourmet PB&J and ice cream sundaes.

This is the seedless version for blackberry fans who can't stand the seeds. We also offer a seeded version!

As with all our preserves, we use no pectin or thickeners of any kind, and only about half the sugar of conventional jams.

8 oz. net weight in our hexagonal glass jar
